Kanat Sharlapayev, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, attended a strategy session held by Otbasy Bank. The event focused on discussing investment cooperation between the official and business circles of Kazakhstan and the Netherlands.
Kanat Sharlapayev, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding, had a meeting with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. He presented a comprehensive report on the Holding's activities in 2022 and shared the Holding's plans for the upcoming year. The President was presented with several promising proposals aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, boosting the agro-industrial sector, and ensuring that people have access to adequate housing.
The largest digital event of the year was held in Almaty in early February, attracting over 20,000 attendees from Kazakhstan, Russia, Georgia, Belarus, South Korea, and other countries. The gathering brought together business leaders, international experts, the IT community, and government agencies.
Last weekend, savings accounts of 1,905,484 clients of Otbasy Bank (a subsidiary of the Baiterek Holding) received a state bonus. In total, 75 billion tenge was credited to people’s deposits at the end of 2022.
The Agrarian Credit Corporation announced that the government of Kazakhstan is providing budget financing to support spring agricultural operations.
