Alibek Kuantyrov, Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Kanat Sharlapayev, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, have met members of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve (PYPR).
The meeting was also attended by Azamat Zholmanov, Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, and directors of Baiterek Holding’s eight subsidiaries.
According to Alibek Kuantyrov, 18 reservists now work in the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subordinate organizations.
– Our ministry has hired more PYPR members than any other government institution. Our work is based on the principle of transparency and we are always open to new approaches and new ideas. I would like to highlight the fact that Baiterek Holding also adheres to the principle of meritocracy and takes the selection of personnel very seriously, – said the minister.
Kanat Sharlapayev stated that Baiterek Holding highly appreciates the potential of young people who were selected for the PYPR.
– We will recruit staff according to the principles of transparency. We will try to ensure equal conditions for all candidates, however, PYPR members will be given priority, – said Kanat Sharlapayev.
During the meeting, personnel reservists made proposals on the development of economic sectors, posed questions to the heads of the Ministry and the Holding, and got comprehensive answers.
