On August 20, 2025, a meeting of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC was held, where the Holding’s performance results for the first half of 2025, the indicators of the consolidated Action Plan for 2025–2028, as well as the advancement of key initiatives within the framework of digital transformation were reviewed.
Zhandos Shaikhy, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, reported on the Holding’s financial indicators and the dynamics of government support instruments. As of the results of six months, total assets amounted to 15.7 trillion tenge, net profit – 180 billion tenge, with a return on assets ratio (ROA LTM) at the level of 2.5%. Financing volumes of priority sectors of the economy increased significantly: agro-industrial complex – 701.6 billion tenge (a 52% increase), small and medium-sized businesses – 881.9 billion tenge, exporters – 817.5 billion tenge. Housing support financing reached 690.3 billion tenge, which is 48% higher than in the same period last year.
The Committee approved the revised indicators of the Holding’s Action Plan for 2024–2028 regarding the planned results for 2025–2028.
Usen Galym, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Holding, reported on the implementation of the Holding’s Digitalization Strategy for 2024–2026. The achieved results include the launch of an analytics center, the establishment of data governance processes, the development of information security systems, as well as the introduction of AI-based products to improve customer service efficiency. Among the new initiatives are projects on data quality management, AI-assisted customer consultations, and the digitalization of internal management processes.
Following the meeting, the Committee recommended that the Board of Directors approve the submitted documents and continue the implementation of the Holding’s strategic priorities in supporting the real sector of the economy and advancing digital transformation.
