Kazakhstan Housing Company starts accepting applications for construction completion guarantees

Today, the Kazakhstan Housing Company (a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding) started accepting online applications for housing construction completion guarantees.

The Kazakhstan Housing Company will accept only online applications to ensure transparency and make the process convenient for real estate developers.

Applications are submitted on the Digital Baiterek website (https://digital.baiterek.gov.kz/) in the Services – Construction Completion Guarantees section.

An application will be considered within 20 working days.
