Employees of Baiterek holding and subsidiaries entered the Presidential personnel reserve, formed in December.
The National Commission at its meeting considered the candidates recommended by the expert commission and selected 300 young professionals. In the short and medium term, they will be directed to responsible areas in the public administration system.
Among the President’s reservists, three employees of Baiterek holding are Syrimbet Kaskeev, chief manager of the Analysis and Research Department, Yernar Mynzhanov, project manager of the Project Finance Department and PPP, and Yernar Suleimenov, general manager of the Legal Support Department.
In addition, Baiterek Development JSC joined the Presidential personnel reserve - Spandiyarkhan Kulmetov, General Manager of the Research and Strategic Development Directorate, and Yerzhan Utyubaev, Director of the Investment Projects Directorate; from “Development Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC - Yulbolat Dadanbaev, Head of Operational Risk Management Department, Zhulduz Kunanbaeva, General Manager of the Credit Analysis and Structuring Department, Abylaykhan Shaimardanov, General Manager of the Credit Analysis and Transaction Structuring Department; from QazTech Ventures JSC - Chairman of the Management Board Zhandos Shaimardanov and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Medet Dyusembaev; from Kazakhstan Mortgage Company Mortgage Organization JSC - chief specialist Zharas Moldabaev and member of the board of directors, independent director Damir Suentaev; as well as the deputy director of the Kostanay regional branch of JSC Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan Kirill Gusev.

TOP-300 includes 13 representatives of Baiterek holding and subsidiaries. This proves that we have highly professional specialists. The average age of our employees is 36 years, ”said Managing Director of the Holding Arman Shamshin.
Note that in total 13 thousand people under the age of 35 submitted applications. After submitting an application for participation in the selection, the candidates went through several successive stages.
The first stage is the acceptance of participants' documents. The second stage is testing candidates. The test aims to determine the ability of the applicant to work with complex text and numerical information. The third stage is an assessment of leadership qualities, the level of strategic vision, motivation and values of candidates. To do this, candidates need to write an essay and present their socially significant projects. The fourth stage is the interview of participants in the Expert Commission. At this stage, participants are allowed who have shown the best results for the previous stages of selection in the aggregate points. The final stage of the selection is the consideration of the candidacies of the participants in the National Commission for the personnel reserve.
