‘Baiterek’ National Managing Holding to Host Online Conference on Affordable Housing Construction

On August 19, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., an online conference on the topic “Issues of Affordable Housing Construction” will be held on the e-Government portal in the “Open Dialogue” section, with the participation of Niyaz Koshkimbayev, Managing Director of ‘Baiterek’ National Managing Holding JSC.

Users will be able to submit questions on the following areas of the Holding’s housing block:

• housing savings system;
• mortgage lending;
• rental housing;
• state subsidies.

In the “Provision of Housing for the Population” area, the Holding includes two subsidiaries — Otbasy Bank JSC and Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC — which implement both government and market-based housing provision instruments.
