Baiterek Holding invites customers to participate in survey aimed at improving service quality

Dear customers,

   At Baiterek Holding, we place great importance on the feedback and opinions of our customers. We are committed to continuously improving the support measures we provide by gathering feedback from our customers on a regular basis.

   From May 27 to June 10, we will be conducting a survey to evaluate the satisfaction levels of customers who received financial support in 2023. The results of this survey will be carefully analyzed by our team to enhance the state planning system and mechanisms for providing financial support.

   To ensure the success of this survey, we have partnered with an independent survey company, Standard Expo LLP. They may reach out to you via phone calls or internet to gather your feedback.

   If you are contacted by the survey company, you will be provided with a unique code to complete the online survey at www.ujo.kz. Please note that for security reasons, the survey will be conducted anonymously, and no personal or sensitive information will be requested.
