On February 24, 2023, Kanat Sharlapayev, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, met with the team of Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC) to discuss the key tasks of the Unified Housing Operator.
Altai Kuzdebayev, Acting Chairman of the Board of KHC, shared the results of their 2022 activities and plans for the current year.
– In 2022, KHC helped construct over 10 million square meters of real estate since 2009 and provided rent-to-pay apartments to 331 families. We also launched the Housing Portal and an online marketplace for construction materials. KHC's efforts were recognized by Moody's, confirming our rating at Baa3 with a "Stable" outlook, – he said.
It is also noteworthy that in 2021, KHC won the "Best Annual Report for 2021 in the Financial Sector" award.
