Asel Karaulova conducted a webinar training on anti-crisis communications

Asel Karaulova, President of the Communication Group of the Kazakhstan Press Club, co-founder of the PR Club, held a webinar training for the press secretaries of the Baiterek holding subsidiaries on the topic “COVID19: what lessons did PR specialists learn and what to do about it?”

A communications expert noted that during the pandemic, “it’s not marketing and advertisers, but PR specialists who have extinguished and extinguish all communication crises.”

Asel Karaulova spoke about trends that improve anti-crisis communication. So we are talking about direct appeals of company management to employees and an external audience, about simplifying bureaucratic processes, fact checking and content adaptation, using instant messengers instead of mail, volunteering, online services and products.
