Adil Mukhamedzhanov appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of the «Baiterek» Нolding

Adil Bektasovich Mukhamedzhanov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC. Previously, he headed Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC, the Holding’s subsidiary.

A. Mukhamedzhanov will oversee the development of risk management, corporate development, strategy, analysis and research.

A. Mukhamedzhanov was born in 1981. Не graduated from the Turar Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, in 2003 he graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK), in 2018 – from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business under the EMBA program.

He began his career in October 2003 as a specialist in the Project Management Department at KazTransOil CJSC.

From March 2004 to March 2016, he worked at Caspian Energy Inc PLS Canada, Toronto, at Aral Petroleum Capital CJSC as a financial manager, vice president, and was also a member of the Board of Directors of the said company.

From September 2010 to December 2011 - Chairman of the Board of Otan Open Accumulative Pension Fund JSC.

From May 2008 to May 2016 - Member of the Board of Directors of AsiaCreditBank JSC.

From September 2016 to May 2021 - Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC.
