The state stake of Baiterek Holding transferred to the Ministry of National Economy

The Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan now holds the state stake of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC.

The Government Decree No. 175 dated March 30, 2021 commands “to grant the right to own and use the state stake of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC to the Ministry of National Economy, in the manner prescribed by law.”

Previously, the state's shares were owned by the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
