New Deputy Chairmen appointed at Kazakhstan Mortgage Company

New deputy chairmen of the board have been appointed in the subsidiary of the Baiterek holding - JSC IO Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (KIK). This decision was made by the Board of Directors (BoD) of the CFC in connection with the merger of Baiterek Development JSC.

Thus, by the decision of the Board of Directors of the CFC, Askarbek Anuarbekovich Userbaev, Altai Shokanovich Kuzdibaev and Bella Don-Irovna Sagimkulova were appointed as new deputy chairmen of the board.

Userbaev Askarbek Anuarbekovich graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh State University and the Eurasian Market Institute. Over the years, he worked as General Director of KMK Astana Motors, Managing Director of Halyk Bank JSC, Deputy General Director of Mercury LLP. Since 2016, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Development JSC. In JSC “IO“ Kazakhstan Mortgage Company ”Askarbek Anuarbekovich will head the direction related to construction and real estate management.

Kuzdibaev Altai Shokanovich holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. He worked as a chief specialist at Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, head of the financial planning department at First Credit Bureau LLP, Deputy Chairman of the Board of State Credit Bureau JSC. Since 2013, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Development JSC. In Altai Company, Shokanovich will oversee the strategic direction.

Sagimkulova Bella Don-Irovna graduated from the Almaty State University named after Abai with a degree in economics and finance. She worked in various positions in the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in state and private companies. Since 2005, she began work in JSC “IO“ Kazakhstan Mortgage Company ”, where she held the positions of a leading specialist, head of department, chief accountant and managing director. Bella Don-Irovna, as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, will lead the direction related to financing and accounting.

Also, Mazhit Galymzhanovich Zhusupov and Asel Maratovna Dykanbaeva will continue their powers as deputy chairmen of the company.
