New Date for the Admission of Applications for the Apartments in EXPO Town

A subsidiary organization of Baiterek Holding, Baiterek Development JSC, has reported on the starting date for accepting applications for the purchase of real estate in the territory of EXPO in Astana on March 30, 2019 at 3 pm. Selection and reservation of real estate will be carried out online at http://expo.baiterek.gov.kz.

- As of today, all the technical problems have been eliminated, the main algorithms of the system have been revised and the hardware capacity has been increased, which will ensure the processing of all the applications submitted without fail. Also, taking into account the appeals of citizens and busyness of the population during working hours, it was decided to postpone the start date of accepting applications to a day off for convenience, - said Askarbek Usserbayev, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Development JSC.

It should be recalled that buyers, along with the possibility of acquiring housing at their own expense or attracting mortgage loans, will be able to use mechanism for the purchase of apartments with installment payments for a period of 12 years at 3% per annum, with an initial contribution of at least 20% of the cost of housing. One will be able to purchase only one apartment using installments mechanism. The installment mechanism does not apply to the sale of parking spaces.

One-, two-, three- and four-room apartments ranging from 39.6 to 123.4 sq. m. are available for purchase in EXPO Town. Accommodation corresponds to the second class of comfort and is sold in a fine finish condition. The price per one square meter of housing is 399 900 tenge, parking space – 735 000 tenge.

To apply for the purchase of real estate, applicants are required to get registered in advance on the Digital Baiterek web-portal. Additionally, Baiterek Development JSC informs that the company does not cooperate with real estate agencies and other organizations providing intermediary services in relation to the issues of housing sale in EXPO territory.

When registering and buying apartments in “EXPO Residence” Residential Complex, all the settlements shall be made only by bank transfer through second-tier banks.
