Kazakhstanis will receive a delay of three months in mortgage payments

"Baiterek" NMH" JSC implements the instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev, and will provide support to Kazakhstanis during the state of emergency in Kazakhstan. So, the subsidiaries of the Holding’s housing block (Housing Construction Savings Bank, Kazakhstan Mortgage Company, Baiterek Development) provide deferrals on loans to individuals and legal entities in the framework of state and own programs for the period of the state of emergency.

In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State announced at a meeting of the State Commission on the State of Emergency on March 23 this year, for individuals and legal entities experiencing temporary financial difficulties, the subsidiaries of the Holding’s housing block decided to grant a deferment for the next 3 months (April-June) on payments, including the amount of the principal debt and interest, on all rental transactions with repurchase / purchase and sale (including by installments) of residential and non-residential real estate, without beginning Settlement of fines and penalties.

The granting of a delay will be considered by state operators individually through the applicant’s appeal through remote communication channels (personal account, telegram bots, official sites).
