Project financing within under the Orda Mortgage Program will be suspended on October 1, 2021 until the end of 2021. Applications submitted for consideration before October 1, 2021 will be processed in accordance with the internal documents of the Company.
The annual planned financing of the Orda Program is KZT 13.8 bln and is provided from own funds of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC. As of September 1, 2021, the targets were exceeded by KZT 4.1 bln. In this regard, the Company stops accepting applications from individuals.
The Orda Mortgage Program was launched in October 2018 and provides for the issuance of mortgage loans for the housing purchase in the primary and secondary markets at a rate of 12% per annum (with full confirmation of income) and 14% (with partial confirmation of income) for up to 20 years with an initial down payment of 30% of the housing cost or the possibility of replacing the down payment with an additional collateral. The loan amount is KZT 1 to 65 mln for Almaty and Nur-Sultan, and KZT 1 to 45 mln for other regions of Kazakhstan. Partner banks - Eurasian Bank JSC, First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC, Bank CenterCredit JSC accept applications and provide further loan service.
During the period between October 2018 and September 1, 2021, 5,271 applications for the amount of more than KZT 70 bln were submitted under the Orda Program. 3, 838 of these were approved for the amount of KZT 49.4 bln.
