Kanat Sharlapayev visits enterprises financed by the Damu Fund

During his visit to Almaty, Kanat Sharlapayev, Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding, visited two enterprises that received financial support from the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund (the Holding’s subsidiary). Pressing problems and issues of production development were discussed.

Kamerton Company LLP has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2005. It produces high-quality cheese and has its own production facilities and warehouses. In June 2016, the enterprise launched a cheese factory that now produces cheese that is sold under the “Melody of Taste”, “Keremet”, and “Lamboni” brands. In November 2019, the company launched a new cheese brand – “Country House”. The new factory was constructed under the Business Roadmap-2020 and the Economy of Simple Things programs.

The Kamerton Company has been a long-term partner of enterprises in Russia, France, Poland, Kyrgyzstan, and Lithuania. Today, the brands of Kamerton Company are well in demand. The products are sold in Kazakhstan’s largest and most popular stores: Magnum Cash&Carry, RAMSTOR KAZAKHSTAN, INTERFOOD, Skif Trade, Metro C&C, AlmaStore, Becker and K, Nemetsky Dvor, and many others.

Another financed enterprise – Kelet JSC – produces water pumps, fans, electric engines, compressors, heating equipment, and much more. To expand its production, the company received preferential financing under the Damu Ondiris and Business Roadmap-2025 programs.

Kelet JSC has won some prestigious Kazakhstani and international awards, the most significant of them being the Arch of Europe. The company has also won in “The Best Goods of Kazakhstan” competition. Kelet JSC now has 14 dealers in all regions of Kazakhstan, 88 stores, and 145 installation organizations. More than 15 thousand enterprises located in various regions of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and other CIS countries are consumers of Kelet JSC’s products.
