In Almaty took place the International conference “Management, maintenance and modernization of housing stock in Central Asian countries”, organized by the UNDP Kazakhstan in cooperation with the Ministry of investment and development of the RK, the Economic commission for Europe, the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-Habitat), the Housing Initiative in Eastern Europe (IWO), as well as the subsidiary organization of the “Baiterek” holding by the Kazakhstan Mortgage Company. In the conference participated experts from 10 foreign countries – Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Latvia and Moldova.
In the conference discussed the issues of professional housing management, modernization of housing stock, education of an “effective owner”, as well as management of rental real estate. Of particular interest of the participants of the conference was the experience of Kazakhstan in the field of management of rental real estate, built for the socially vulnerable segments of the population within the framework of public housing programs, which was presented by Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Mortgage Company Aisultan Akchurin,
A. Akchurin spoke about the company's activities in the field of management of rental real estate, about ongoing activities to improve the forms of house management and build relationships with residents, local executive bodies and public utilities. The emphasis was on the importance of involving residents in the processes of management of residential properties, building feedback from tenants and the need to automation of the management and maintenance of houses as factors in improving the effectiveness of management of rental real estate.
Werepresented the plans of the Kazakhstan Mortgage Company to automation of management and maintenance of rental housing before the end of this year through the introduction of the electronic portal “Electronic CAO”. This portal will allow to build information flows between the company, service organizations and residents, optimize and simplify business processes, including the processes of online filing/submission of applications, complaints, proposals, payments, attracting residents to participate in on-line meetings and votings, as well as providing interesting information and generating reports.
