The "OWN FOOD" program is aimed at meeting the needs livestock in the forage base, increasing productivity growth farm animals and volumes of livestock products.
20 billion tenge is allocated for the implementation of the program:
target group - lessees corresponding to one of the
the following criteria:
a) the lessee has land plots in the structure pastures and/or hayfields;
b) the activity of the lessee is related to the cultivation of / maintenance / fattening of biological assets;
c) other factors documenting the activity the lessee for the production/procurement of fodder;
subject of leasing: agricultural equipment, mobile irrigation systems (list technique is published on the website
www.kaf.kz;
rate - 6% per annum;
lease term - up to 10 years;
advance payment - from 15% of the value of the leased asset;
security - not required;
financing limit - no more than 3 units of leased items. Financing per lessee is provided no more than once during a 2-year period;
special conditions - for the lessee, counter
commitments: increase payroll and tax revenues by 10% within 2 years following the financial year in which received financing.
The MADE IN KAZAKHSTAN program aims to financing in leasing of domestic agricultural machinery production/assembly.
15 billion tenge is allocated for the implementation of the program:
subject of leasing: mounted, trailed and self-propelled agricultural machinery domestic production/assembly;
rate - 6% per annum;
lease term - up to 10 years;
advance payment - from 15% of the value of the leased asset;
security - not required;
funding limit - no more than 120 million tenge and no more than 2 units
leasing items.
The ZHASYL ONIM program is aimed at concessional financing producers of socially important food products (vegetables, fruits, berries, sugar beets).
10 billion is allocated for the implementation of the program tenge:
target group - lessees whose activities are related to growing/storage of vegetables, fruits, berries, sugar beets;
subject of leasing: mounted, trailed and self-propelled agricultural machinery, vehicles for transporting vegetables, fruits, berries, sugar beets (including refrigerators), mobile irrigation systems;
rate - 6% per annum;
lease term - up to 10 years;
advance payment - from 15% of the value of the leased asset;
security - not required;
funding limit - no more than 120 million tenge.
The PREFERENT LEASING program is aimed at financing leasing of agricultural machinery of domestic production/assembly without advance.
1.6 billion tenge is allocated for the implementation of the program (due to reinvested funds):
subject of leasing: self-propelled agricultural machinery of domestic production/assembly;
rate - 6% per annum;
lease term - up to 10 years;
advance payment - from 0% of the value of the leased asset;
security - not required;
funding limit - no more than 205 million tenge and no more than 3 units lease items, financing per lessee granted no more than once in a 2-year period.
