At the meeting of the Board of the Baiterek National Management Holding JSC chaired by the Prime Minister Askar Mamin, the development strategy and optimization of the Holding structure were considered. The draft of the adjusted Development Strategy of the Baiterek Holding until 2024 was approved, which includes a new direction of activity - the development of the agro-industrial complex. The Strategy revises the housing block of the Holding in terms of the creation of a single operator of housing construction and the transformation of Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan into Otbasy Bank JSC. The tools for financial support of large, small and medium-sized businesses and the development of export potential have been expanded, the proactive role and customer focus of the Holding has been strengthened.

The meeting participants also reviewed the annual financial statements for 2020, the Action Plan to improve corporate governance, risk management and internal control issues of the Holding.
