Baiterek National Managing Holding Held an Online Conference on the eGov.kz Portal

On August 19, 2025, an online conference was held on the eGov.kz electronic government portal in the “Open Dialogue” section with the participation of Niyaz Koshkimbayev, Managing Director of ‘Baiterek’ National Managing Holding, on the issues of providing affordable housing to the population.

For three hours, users actively asked questions related to housing savings systems, mortgage lending, rental housing, government subsidy measures, as well as new approaches to placing citizens on the housing waiting list through Otbasy Bank JSC.

In total, 9 questions were received during the online conference, each of which was addressed with detailed explanations.

Niyaz Koshkimbayev emphasized that, within the framework of implementing state housing initiatives, Baiterek National Managing Holding will consistently continue its efforts to expand support instruments for the citizens of Kazakhstan, with a particular focus on socially vulnerable groups of the population.
