Baiterek Holding transfers 10.6 billion tenge received from privatization to the National Fund of Kazakhstan

Baiterek Holding informs about the channeling of funds received after its former subsidiary, the Investment Fund of Kazakhstan, was transferred to the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Fulfilling the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan #908 dated December 29, 2020, the Holding completed the transfer of the IFK to the competitive environment by selling 100% of its shares.

Executing the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan #323 dated June 4, 2018, all funds received after the transfer of the Holding's asset to the competitive environment in the amount of 10,602,471,183 tenge were transferred to the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 27, 2021.
