Baiterek Holding’s annual financial statements for 2022 approved

Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, located at the following address: 55A Mangilik El Ave., Esil District, Z05Т3Е2, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, BIN 130540020197, IBAN KZ486010111000177563 in Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in Nur-Sultan, BIK HSBKKZKX, informs that in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 209 dated August 31, 2023, which is the decision of the person owning all voting shares of the Holding, the Holding’s annual financial statements for 2022 (consolidated and separate) and the procedure for distributing net income received from the results of the Holding's activities for 2022 were approved.
