On April 30, 2024, the Public Council convened at Baiterek Holding to review the outcomes of the Holding's endeavors throughout the preceding year and to chart strategic courses for the ongoing one.
During the session, Baiterek Holding and its subsidiaries, namely the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, and Agrarian Credit Corporation reported on the results of their activities. The data unveiled a robust upswing in support for SME financing, a surge in housing construction volume, and successful execution of major investment initiatives, culminating in a 24% surge in net profit.
The Development Bank of Kazakhstan extended financing totaling 748 billion tenge across 42 projects, fostering tangible growth in the bank's assets and capitalization. The Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund effectively administered financial programs tailored to bolster SMEs, extending assistance to 23.9 thousand projects with a cumulative loan disbursement of 1,556 billion tenge. Noteworthy is the Agricultural Credit Corporation's unprecedented financing infusion of 554.7 billion tenge into the agro-industrial complex, marking a historical pinnacle.

Moreover, the Public Council also discussed the 2024 agenda, outlining plans to enhance export capabilities, strengthen agricultural support mechanisms, and initiate comprehensive digitalization efforts across operational frameworks.
