On December 11, 2023, Baiterek Holding convened an assembly of corporate governance experts at the Baiterek Casecrack round table. Hosted by the Holding's Corporate Secretary Service, the event brought together corporate secretaries from the Holding's subsidiaries, representatives from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and key entities in the agricultural-industrial complex, energy sector, and other industries.
Rather than engaging in conventional theoretical discussions, participants delved into practical business cases during the event. This approach allowed them to apply tangible, real-world strategies to address a spectrum of issues, underscoring the Holding's commitment to implementing effective corporate process management strategies.
