Screen Reader- Who We Are
The Situation Center is an information system that monitors all residential buildings that are being constructed under the Nurly Zher Housing Program using up-to-date technical means of control.
It was created in 2018 by Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (formerly known as Baiterek Development JSC) in collaboration with the Institute of Digital Engineering and Technology, a subsidiary of Satbayev University.
Using their accounts, local executive bodies post up-to-date information on the progress of residential real estate construction, the amount of financing, and the amount of sold apartments. This information is visualized by the Situation Center in real-time. To date, more than 50 interactive widgets have been created, displaying all the necessary information on the activities of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC working under the Nurly Zher Housing Program. Moreover, the system contains information on the construction of more than 2,800 objects that are being built under various state and government programs.
