Upon the Order of the acting Minister for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan T. Toktybayev dated 29 November 2017 # 824 “On the composition of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company” authorities of Mamin Askar Uzakpayevich and Dossaev Erbolat Askarbekovich were terminated and they were withdrew from the Holding Board of Directors.  Dossaev Erbolat Askarbekovich was elected to the Holding Board of Directors – Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
