Оn conclusion of a self-dealing transaction of Baiterek NMH JSC (with Kazakhstan Mortgage Organization JSC)

On 21 January 2015, the Holding concluded a loan agreement with the subsidiary Kazakhstan Mortgage Organization JSC  on Holding’s provision оf means from National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan  on the following principal terms:
1. Loan amount is 92,500,000,000 (ninety-two billion five hundred million) tenge. The loan is available in tranches;
2. Loan period is up to 30 years;
3. Interest rate: 0.15 % (zero point fifteen percent) per annum;
4. Loan currency is tenge;
5. Purpose of the loan: construction and purchase of housing for the following rental;
6. Payment of principal debt: at the end of the loan period, with the right of advanced repayment on Borrower’s initiative; 
7. Payment of remuneration. Period of the first payment is 21 July  2015, the following payments: semi-annually from the date of the first payment.

9. Date of decision on agreement conclusion: 29 December 2014 (decision of the meeting in absentia of the Holding Board No.10/14).
