Approval of the report on the placement of Baiterek NMH JSC’s shares

On 25 February 2015, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the report on placement of shares of Baiterek NMH JSC (hereinafter - the Company) for the period from 23 July 2014 to 22 January 2015
1. The state body performing registration of the report is the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The number of placed shares during the reporting period by type: placed -  35,216,702 (thirty-five million  two hundred and sixteen thousand seven hundred and two) common shares placed, in total as of 22 January 2015, 718 318 712 (seven hundred and eighteen million three hundred and eighteen thousand seven hundred and twelve) common shares placed.

4. Date of placement: from 23 July 2014 to 22 January 2015
5. Date of the decision on placement and number: 
1) 15/09/2014  – 10,216,711 common shares and 1 common share (Abstract from the Decision of the meeting in absentia  of the Company’s Board No. 7/14, issues 1 and 2); 
2) 20/11/2014 – 25,000,000 common shares (Abstract from the Decision of the  meeting in presentia of the Company’s Board No. 09/14, issue 5).
6. Information on payment of dividends: dividends on shares were not attributed and not paid. There are no arrears on timely payment of dividends.
7. The Company has not redeemed their shares issued.
