First Deputy Chairman of the Board
Nurbolat Aidapkelov, born in 1979, is a citizen of Kazakhstan. He was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding in January 2022. He supervises the support and development of the agro-industrial complex.
Nurbolat Aidapkelov began his career in January 2001 as a 2nd-category specialist at the Information and Computing Center of the Agency for Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His later career path is as follows:
June 2002 – November 2003 – a leading specialist in the Department of Services and Tourism Statistics in the Agency for Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
November 2003 – October 2006 – Chief Specialist of the Financial Department of the State Corporation for Insurance of Expert Loans and Investments.
October 2006 – October 2007 – Director of the Financial Department of the State Corporation for Insurance of Expert Loans and Investments.
October 2007 – October 2008 – Managing Director of KazAgro National Holding.
October 2008 – June 2009 – Chairman of the Board of KazAgroGarant JSC.
July – December 2009 – Consultant of Astana Knowledge City JSC.
December 2009 – May 2011 – Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Statistics.

In 2000, Nurbolat Aidapkelov graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Law, and was qualified as a lawyer. In 2002, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
Nurbolat Aidapkelov does not hold any part-time position and does not own shares of affiliated organizations.
