Questions containing obscene language, unreadable text, incomprehensible abbreviations, incorrect personal information, confidential information, and questions outside the competence of the Holding will not be considered.

Questions are answered within fifteen calendar days from the date of submitting in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Access to Information" dated November 16, 2015 No. 401-V LRК."
