Representatives of the Presidential personnel reserve are interested in working in the Baiterek holding

The management of Baiterek holding met with representatives of the Presidential personnel reserve.

The meeting was attended by more than 20 reservists who expressed interest in working in the Baiterek holding. Rustam Karagoishin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Holding, addressed them with a welcoming speech and spoke about the activities of a key financial institution in the country, as well as its subsidiaries. According to him, the Baiterek holding pays great attention to the development of human resources and the creation of conditions for the development of their abilities.

- We are pleased that so many young professionals are interested in working in our holding. We have the opportunity to grow, and we are trying to adhere to advanced standards in the world in terms of corporate governance, ”Rustam Karagoishin noted.

Recall, the Presidential personnel reserve was formed at the end of last year following the results of a multi-stage serious selection. It included 300 young Kazakhstanis - 106 representatives of the private sector, 98 employees of the quasi-public sector and 96 - civil servants. The average age of the selection winners was 31 years. At the same time, reservists have significant experience in various sectors of the economy.

It should be noted that employees of the Baiterek holding and its subsidiaries also entered the Presidential personnel reserve.
