Addressing the team, Rustam Karagoyshin congratulated employees on the holiday and emphasized the special significance of this day.
“This year, the coincidence of Nauryz Meyramy and Oraza Ait gives this day a special meaning. It is a time that brings us together around the values of kindness, mutual respect, and support, reminding us of the importance of unity and shared values,” he noted.
A special highlight of the celebration was the tusau keser ceremony, conducted by the Head of the Holding. This ancient Kazakh ritual symbolizes a wish for a child to take confident steps and have an open path in life.

The Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan provided the script, stage, and musical organization of the celebration, including performances by dombra players, vocalists, and the “Qara Zhorga” flash mob.
Qazaqstan Investment Corporation organized a площадка of national games and sports, including togyzqumalaq, asyk atu, kettlebell lifting, and traditional archery. At specially prepared venues, guests and employees were able not only to watch the competitions but also to participate in them, experiencing the traditions of the Kazakh people.
The Industrial Development Fund presented a “City of Craftsmen” featuring an exhibition of Kazakh handicrafts from the 18th–19th centuries. Invited artisans demonstrated the craft of making kamshy, felt изделия, and traditional jewelry. Master classes on creating Kazakh ornaments were organized for guests, where each participant could take home a handmade item.
The Kazakhstan Housing Company organized a themed photo zone reflecting the cultural heritage of the Kazakh people. Against the backdrop of a traditional yurt, images of batyrs, tazy dogs, and golden eagles, guests were able to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of national identity.
The event brought together teams from across the Baiterek group of companies and became a traditional platform for strengthening corporate culture and preserving national values.
