Baiterek Holding Transitions to an Investment Model and Launches Rebranding of Subsidiaries

Baiterek National Investment Holding has been transformed into an investment holding and has transitioned to a new operating model focused on the proactive attraction of investments and the support of projects with high value added. As part of this transformation, the Holding is launching a comprehensive rebranding of its subsidiary and affiliated organizations.

By the end of 2025, the total volume of financing across all areas of the Holding’s activities amounted to KZT 10.3 trillion, exceeding the planned target of KZT 10 trillion. Support was provided to large investment projects, small and medium-sized enterprises, the agro-industrial sector, exporters, and the housing sector.

In its new status, Baiterek Holding is positioning its operations as a key element of the country’s investment system — from project selection to investor attraction and financing structuring. Together with akimats and ministries, a pool of approximately 1,500 investment projects with a total value of KZT 87 trillion has been formed under the “Investment Order” model, focused on priority areas of economic development.

Within the investment model, the Holding will concentrate on two key priorities: the development of import substitution and infrastructure, as well as the promotion of exports and export-oriented projects.

The comprehensive rebranding of subsidiaries is part of the institutional and communication support of the transformation. Its objective is to form a unified investment ecosystem, enhance the transparency of the Group’s structure, and improve the ease of interaction with the Holding’s financial and investment instruments.

The transition to a unified brand architecture will ensure a cohesive perception of the Holding and its development institutions, strengthen trust among businesses and investors, and reflect the new investment operating model. At the same time, the rebranding does not affect the legal status or operational activities of subsidiaries and will be implemented in phases, taking into account industry-specific characteristics.
