Baiterek Holding Participates in the OECD Working Group Meeting in Paris

On April 1–2, 2026, the 46th meeting of the OECD Working Party on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices was held at the OECD headquarters in Paris, with the participation of representatives of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC.

The event brought together representatives of governments, the quasi-public sector, international organizations, and the expert community. The agenda covered issues of corporate governance of state-owned assets, new approaches to managing state ownership, as well as the development of priorities for the Working Party’s programme for 2027–2030. Separate sessions focused on risk management in state-owned enterprises and the public policy objectives of state-owned companies.

As part of a roundtable on reforms and privatization, Managing Director of Baiterek Holding, Aliya Murzagalieva, took part in discussions on key issues related to state ownership.

The Holding’s participation in OECD events contributes to strengthening Kazakhstan’s position on the international stage and to integrating advanced corporate governance standards into the practices of national development institutions.
