Baiterek Holding Introduces an AI Assistant to Protect the Rights of Shared-equity Participants

Baiterek National Managing Holding continues its systematic efforts to digitalize and increase transparency in housing sector processes. As part of this work, the Holding’s subsidiary — Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC — has launched an online support center for shared-equity participants based on the “Housing Portal” information system.

The new service consolidates up-to-date materials on shared-equity construction in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and contains answers to frequently asked questions. The key element of the platform is the AI assistant iBota, created using generative artificial intelligence technologies.

The assistant is designed to protect the rights of shared-equity participants and enhance transparency in the shared-equity housing market. With its help, users can receive clarifications on matters related to purchasing housing under construction, as well as verify developers for the presence of permitting documents through integration with the state system KazReestr.

Usen Galym, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding, noted that the launch of the new tool is an important step toward building trust in the shared-equity housing market:

“Baiterek pays special attention to digital solutions that make interactions between citizens, developers, and government institutions more transparent and secure. The introduction of the AI assistant iBota will allow shared-equity participants to receive reliable information in a convenient format, reduce the risks of unfair practices, and increase the openness of the market,” emphasized Usen Galym.

The implementation of the project is aimed at improving communication efficiency with citizens, developing digital support tools, and strengthening trust in the shared-equity construction system in Kazakhstan.
