Baiterek Holding hosts meeting of Public Council

The meeting of the Public Council was held today in Baiterek Holding's headquarters. Otbasy Bank and Kazakhstan Housing Company reported on the results of their work.

So far in 2022, the companies managed to improve their residential mortgage services and make housing more affordable for people.

In the first nine months of 2022, Otbasy Bank issued 88% of all loans under market mortgage programs and 12% of all loans under state programs. The bank also accepted pension savings as loan payments. Another achievement is the development of mobile banking, Baspana Market housing marketplace, a CRM system, and chat bots.

Kazakhstan Housing Company reported on the results of their rent-to-own program. This year, the company also subsidized mortgage loans.

At the end of the meeting, the Public Council discussed pressing issues of its work.
