Baiterek Holding hosts meeting of Corporate Secretaries from subsidiaries

On November 22, 2024, Baiterek National Management Holding convened a meeting of corporate secretaries from its subsidiaries, coinciding with the Day of Corporate Secretaries of Kazakhstan. The event was organized by the Holding’s Corporate Secretary Service.

Zhanat Berdalina, an honorary member of the Kazakhstan Association of Independent Directors and a seasoned expert in corporate governance and sustainable development, was the event’s distinguished guest.
