On June 19, as part of the development of the Baiterek Business University corporate educational platform, National Investment Holding Baiterek JSC held a guest lecture on "Project-Based Approach – Fuel for Career Growth."
The special guest and speaker was Zhakip Asanov, Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2nd-class State Counselor of Justice, and PhD in Law.
During the lecture, Zhakip Asanov shared his experience in public service and the implementation of large-scale projects, and discussed the role of a project-based approach in achieving professional goals, developing leadership competencies, and improving work efficiency. Particular attention was paid to practical project management tools, modern methods for solving complex problems, and real-life cases from professional activities.
The speaker also focused on the importance of constitutional values as the foundation for the sustainable development of the state and society. He noted that the principles of legality, responsibility, the rule of law, as well as the priority of education, science, and innovation, enshrined in the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, should be reflected in the daily work of every citizen.
According to Zhakip Asanov, even the most progressive reforms, strategies, and legislative initiatives require effective implementation mechanisms and the active participation of people to achieve practical results.
"Any reform, any strategy, any law, no matter how progressive, will not work on its own. It is necessary to apply modern and effective tools, not be afraid of complex challenges, and turn difficulties into projects that benefit the organization, the country, and one's own professional development," the speaker emphasized.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman of the Holding's Management Board, Rustam Karagoishin, thanked Zhakip Asanov for his insightful lecture and contribution to developing a culture of continuous learning within the Holding's group of companies. He noted the practical value of the approaches presented and emphasized the importance of developing project-based thinking, leadership skills, and a commitment to constitutional values among employees, which form the basis for the country's sustainable development and the effective operation of state and corporate institutions.
More than 150 Holding employees, including senior executives of its subsidiaries, participated in the event.
