2018 Annual Financial Statements of “Baiterek” NMH” JSC Have Been Approved

“Baiterek” National Managing Holding” Joint Stock Company (the Holding) located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Z05T3Е2, the city of Nur-Sultan, Yessil District, 55 Å Mangilik Yel Avenue, Building 55 A, and having the following details: BIN 130 540 020 197, IBAN KZ486010111000177563 in Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Nur-Sultan, BIC HSBKKZKX, hereby informs that the Holding’s 2018 Annual Financial Statements (consolidated and separate)  has been approved, as well as the procedure for allocation of the net income received as a result of the Holding’s activities in 2018, in accordance with the Decree No. 482 of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2019, which is the Decision of the entity holding all voting shares of the Holding.
