The Baiterek holding within the framework of the Nurly Zher state program is a single operator and participates in the implementation of the main directions of the program. We finance the construction of credit housing through the mechanism of redemption of bonds of local executive bodies; we stimulate the demand and sale of the constructed housing of akimats by issuing preferential housing loans; we support shared housing construction.
