On transfer of Kazakhstan Mortgage Organization JSC’s state block of shares to Baiterek NMH JSC

Hereby Baiterek NMH JSC informs that in accordance with the Decree No.537 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23 May 2014 “On transfer of state block of shares of Kazakhstan Mortgage Organization JSC in return for the shares of Baiterek NMH JSC” and the order No.964 of E. Utepov, the Chairman of the Committee of  state property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 2 October 2014 “Some issues of republican property”,  state block of shares of Kazakhstan Mortgage Organization JSC in the amount of 26.11926% of the total amount of placed shares has been transferred in return for shares of Baiterek NMH JSC. The shares entered in the account of Baiterek NMH JSC on 6 October 2014.
