Some decisions adopted by the Board of Directors of Baiterek NMH on December 28, 2022:

On December 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Baiterek Holding decided to place 50,000,000 (fifty million) ordinary shares within its authorized stock. The placement price is 1,000 (one thousand) tenge per ordinary share. Thus, the total value of the placed shares is 50,000,000,000 (fifty billion) tenge. The Sole Shareholder of Baiterek Holding has an advantage in purchasing the shares in order to increase the authorized capital of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
