On 22nd of December, 2017, the Credit Agreement No. 178 was signed between JSC "National Managing Holding “Baiterek” and JSC "Development Bank of Kazakhstan".

Subject of the transaction: The Lender shall provide to the Borrower a loan, on terms and according to the procedure provided in the Agreement, from the funds received by the Lender from the republican budget under the republican budget program 240 "Lending to JSC" NMH Baiterek" with subsequent lending to Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC for financing domestic automakers through conditional financing of second-tier banks for lending to individuals - buyers of cars manufactured in Kazakhstan, as well as leasing funding of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, buying in leasing motor vehicles and motor-vehicles for special purposes, with the exception of agricultural equipment, produced in Kazakhstan. "
