On May 06, 2014 the changes introduced in the Prospectus of bonds issue by JSC “Baiterek” NMH” (No. 1) were state-registered by the National Bank of Kazakhstan. 
Changes have been introduced in the Prospectus due to early termination of powers and resignation of Akhmetov S.N. from the Board of Directors of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” and election and introduction of  a new member to the Board of Directors of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” – Massimov K.K., a Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Decree No. 119 of the First Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 09.04.2014)
