Registration of changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s prospectuses

On 17 November 2014, the National Bank of Kazakhstan performed state registration of the following: 
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of shares issue (No. 6);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of bonds issue (No. 2);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of the first bond program  issue (No. 1)
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of the second bonds issue (No.1).
Changes to the above Prospectuses have been introduced due to D. Ye. Yergozhin’s early termination of the powers and ouster from the Board of Directors of Baiterek NMH JSC as well as the election of Ye. T. Orynbayev, aide to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the term of office to 30 December 2016 (Order of the Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 96 of 23/10/2014).
