Registration of changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s prospectus

6 February 2015, the National Bank of Kazakhstan has conducted registration of the following: 
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of shares issue (No. 7);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of bonds issue (No. 3);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of the first bond program  issue (No. 2);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of the second bonds issue (No. 2);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of the third bonds issue (No. 1);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of the second bond program  issue of (No. 1).
Changes to the above Prospectuses  have been introduced due to the change in the  location of the executive board of Baiterek NMH JSC (the redrafted Charter of Baiterek NMH JSC is approved, the order of A. Issekeshev, Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan  No. 279 of 23/12/2014).
