Registration of changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s prospectus

On 1 July 2015, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted registration of the following: 
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of bonds issue (No. 4);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s  Prospectus of the first bond program of (No. 3);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s Prospectus of the second bonds issue of  (No. 3); 
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s  Prospectus of the third bonds issue of (No. 2);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s  Prospectus of the second bond program (No. 2);
- changes to the Baiterek NMH JSC’s  Prospectus of the third bond program (No. 1).
The changes to the above Prospectuses have been introduced due to information improvement in the prospectuses of bonds and bond programs of Baiterek NMH JSC regarding the status of Baiterek NMH JSC as a financial agency in accordance with Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
