Loan Agreement No. 216 was signed on May 17, 2018 between “National Managing Holding “Baiterek” Joint Stock Companyand “Development Bank of Kazakhstan” Joint Stock Company.
Subject of the transaction: The Lender shall provide the Borrower with a loan on terms and in accordance with the procedure provided by the Agreement from the funds received by the Lender from the republican budget under the republican budget program 220 "Lending of “National Managing Holding “Baiterek” JSC to ensure competitiveness and sustainability of the national economy."

Reason: The decision of the Board of Directors (No. 03/18) dated March 1, 2018.
