Information on decisions made at the meeting of the Board of Directors on 20 November 2014

On 20 November 2014, the Board of Directors of Baiterek NMH JSC made the following decisions:

1. On placement of  25,000,000 common shares within the limit of outstanding shares, method and price of placement.
2. On determination of terms for the third issue of bonds, increase of liabilities and changes to the annual budget and development plan of the Holding.
3. On conclusion of a self-dealing transaction with Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC.
4. On conclusion of a self-dealing transaction with Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
