The Supplementary Agreement No. 2 to the Loan Contract No. 121 was signed on March 5, 2018 between "National Managing Holding "Baiterek" Joint Stock Company and “Baiterek Development” Joint Stock Company on borrowed funds granting of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 25, 2016.
Subject matter of the transaction: change of the loan purpose under the Loan Contract No. 121 between "National Managing Holding “Baiterek" Joint Stock Company and “Baiterek Development” Joint Stock Company on borrowed funds granting of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 25, 2016.
Reason: The decision of the Board of Directors (No. 02/18) dated February 15, 2018.
